We will come and pick you up at 8am at your accommodation place. You will go back around 8pm to the pick-up point.

You will drive on the tarred road to leave the plains of Marrakech. Desert landscapes with olive trees and prickly pear cactuses.

You will then depart for Ouarzazate by the Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2,260 meters high) through the High Atlas, offering various scenery and small villages built in tiers. After the pass, you will arrive by a secondary road at the sumptuous ruins of Telouet kasbah. You will be amazed during the visit because the interior, which is well-preserved, contrasts with the outside ruined appearance.

Then descend from the Assif Ounila via the previous caravan trail (just recently renovated and more passable) offering you a breathtaking view of the Aït Ben Haddou village below you, situated 30 km from the Ouarzazate town. It's a very nice itinerary.

Imagine Aït Ben Haddou like a wonderful sand castle standing as if by magic in the middle of an almond tree field. So wonderful and playing with light, Aït Ben Haddou has also served as the centre of international film makers. Among famous films shot around the town we find “Lawrence of Arabia”, “The sheltering sky”, “Gladiator” or else “Asterix and Cleopatra”. This village is a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Before the departure to Aït Ben Haddou, in Telouet you will have the opportunity to have lunch in a typical Moroccan restaurant.

You will start the return journey crossing once again the High Atlas. You will be amazed by the various scenery, sometimes even total desert, where you can hardly see the villages with Pise (mud brick) houses since they are earth-colored, often red ochre, sometimes in very deep green thus impressive valleys.
